What is the sourcing request service? +
If you need a specific tool, part, or product that isn't currently in our inventory, you can submit a sourcing request. We'll actively look for it through our clearance channels and contact you if we find it.
Why is the $10 sourcing fee non-refundable? +
The fee covers the time and effort we invest in searching for your item — regardless of whether we locate it. It's a sourcing fee, not a purchase deposit. You're paying for the search, not a guarantee.
Can you guarantee a specific price or discount? +
No. If we find your item, it will always be priced below MSRP — but the exact discount depends on what we're able to source. We cannot guarantee a specific percentage off or a specific final price in advance.
How long does a sourcing request take? +
Turnaround varies depending on availability. We'll reach out within 5-7 business days with an update — whether we found it or not. Some items are located faster depending on what's available at the time of your request.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order. We do not offer free shipping at this time. Shipping costs are not included in product prices or sourcing fees.
Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on size, weight, and destination. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at orders@gphardware.co within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Sourcing Request Shipments
For items fulfilled through our sourcing request service, shipping will be calculated and communicated to you at the time we confirm the item has been located. Shipping must be paid before the item is dispatched.

All Sales Final
Because GP Hardware operates on clearance and liquidation inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged or materially different from its description.
Product Authenticity
All products sold by GP Hardware are genuine brand-name items sourced through legitimate clearance channels. We do not sell counterfeit or unauthorized goods.
Pricing Disclaimer
All prices are subject to change without notice. MSRP comparisons are provided for reference only. GP Hardware makes no guarantee of a specific discount percentage on any item, including items sourced through the Request a Part service.
Sourcing Fee
The $10 sourcing fee submitted with a part or tool request is non-refundable. This fee compensates GP Hardware for the time and effort invested in locating the requested item regardless of outcome. Submission of the sourcing fee does not guarantee the item will be found or that a specific price will be achieved.
Limitation of Liability
GP Hardware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item in question.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
GP Hardware sources products through clearance and liquidation channels. Because of the nature of this inventory, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on completed purchases except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations only:
The item arrived visibly damaged due to shipping and you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
The item received is materially different from what was described in the product listing.
The item was never delivered and the carrier has confirmed the shipment as lost.
To initiate a claim under any of the above circumstances, email orders@gphardware.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable.
What We Do Not Accept
Returns due to change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Returns because the item did not meet personal expectations beyond what was described.
Returns on items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery.
Sourcing Request Fee
The $10 sourcing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. It compensates GP Hardware for the time and effort invested in searching for your requested item regardless of whether the item is located or a purchase is completed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
